AZ Commerce LLC processes returns and refunds in accordance with the policies of the marketplace where the purchase was made.
1 Marketplace Returns
All return requests must be initiated through the original marketplace (Amazon, Walmart, eBay, etc.).
2 Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the return conditions set by the marketplace.
3 Refund Processing
Refunds are issued according to marketplace policies once the return is approved and processed.
4 Exchanges
Exchanges, if applicable, are handled directly through the marketplace platform.
